What you'll do in the role

As a Home-Auto Operations Team Leader you will deliver on operating plans, efficiency targets, and people management activities. You will achieve this by developing, coaching and leading your team to deliver the planned results. You will be working in collaboration with a team of experienced and enthusiastic leaders, subject matter experts, and support teams to help you and your team succeed. If you enjoy diversity, challenge, working with people, and celebrating success then you will enjoy working on our team.

What you'll need

  • With a proven track record of success, the ideal candidate will also have:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Coaching and training skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Achieved or working towards a CIP or CAIB designation
  • Driving high levels of employee engagement through execution of personal action plans, team engagement and involvement
  • Completing quality assessments for assigned staff
  • Ensuring team receive accurate, timely and consistent flow of information on performance
