C&C was established in 1974 by Stanley Cons working with a group of family members and associates to deliver product in and around Troy. They quickly built a reputation for quality meats, reliable deliveries and competitive pricing. These fundamentals helped C&C to grow their customer base beyond the Troy area. The small warehouse in Troy was soon outgrown.
C&C custom designed their own facilities in the Montreal area, one of the world’s great food cities. The steady growth in business required several enlargements to the Montreal plant and plans are now in the works for further expansion.
The second generation of the Cons family has been working in the business for over a decade, and during that time their growth has continued to accelerate. The company now serves all segments of the wholesale market and is able to source a wider selection of products worldwide.
C&C has managed its unrelenting growth by the careful selection of qualified employees and identifying key partners that are able to contribute to the company’s success.

During transport, their inspectors know what to look for to ensure temperature and propriety standards are maintained during transfer to C&C’s state-of-the-art processing and warehousing facility in Montreal.
