Lead and develop the investment analysis team while overseeing financial models, valuations, and commercial analysis for acquisitions, development, repowering, and financing transactions. Advise senior leadership on deal structure, valuation, bid strategy, and risk, and lead analytical work for negotiations, procurements, and Investment Committee decisions.
