Develop and implement personalized financial plans covering budgeting, debt, investments, risk, taxes, education, retirement, estates, and pension choices, using comprehensive client discovery and ongoing plan reviews. Build and retain relationships with Canadian Armed Forces members and families, deliver financial education and presentations, develop territory business plans, use CRM tools, and comply with regulatory and fiduciary requirements.

The financial services assistant welcomes clients, manages administrative tasks, and supports financial advisors with data management and transaction requests. They also collaborate with the national team to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain office operations.
