Partner with business and technology teams to define solution requirements, analyze wealth-management workflows and system dependencies, and document specifications, mappings, controls, and traceability. Support design, testing, releases, data conversion, and operational transition, while providing Level 2/3 production support and recommending improvements to controls, data quality, automation, and resiliency.
