About the Career Opportunity The Senior Financial Analyst will support the evaluation and execution of real estate investments and the ongoing financial analysis of the Company's portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Underwrite and evaluate residential and commercial real estate acquisition and development opportunities. Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, development, value-add initiatives, budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis. Analyze investment returns, cash flows, project economics and key investment assumptions. Support financial and operational due diligence, transaction execution and financing activities. Monitor portfolio, project and asset-level performance, including budget-to-actual analysis and cash flow forecasting. Prepare financial analysis, management reports, dashboards and presentation materials for senior leadership and other stakeholders. Conduct market and comparable analysis to support investment and strategic decisions. Collaborate with Acquisitions, Development, Construction, Asset Management and Finance to evaluate opportunities and support business objectives. Identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate financial information into meaningful business insights. Support continuous improvement of financial models, reporting processes and analytical tools. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Real Estate Economics or a related discipline. 4–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, real estate investment, development, asset management, private equity or a related environment. Real estate industry experience strongly preferred, particularly experience with acquisitions, development or investment analysis. Strong financial modelling, underwriting, budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build and interpret sophisticated financial models. Strong understanding of investment returns, cash flow analysis and real estate financial performance. Ability to analyze complex information, challenge assumptions and develop practical, decision-ready recommendations. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Highly organized, proactive and accountable, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
