Drive branch growth by identifying member needs, providing tailored advice, selling lending, investment, and deposit products, and developing relationships through outreach and referrals. Conduct lending assessments and account services while managing risk and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and security procedures.

Provides day-to-day banking services, processes and balances transactions, responds to member inquiries, and recommends suitable credit union products. Assesses lending needs, prepares and processes loan and mortgage applications, supports business development, and follows risk management, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Administer commercial lending, investment, and deposit documentation, support credit facilities throughout their lifecycle, and audit files, applications, and records for accuracy and compliance.
