Job Description Budgeting and forecasting: support budget cycles and maintain rolling forecast, including cash flow and variance analysis Business Performance analysis: analyse and synthesize financial and operational data to surface key business drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations for a variety of stakeholders across the organization Financial Modeling: build and maintain robust Excel based financial models to support strategic decisions, scenario planning and management reporting Comission processing: support the processing of commissions, ensure accuracy and alignment with our compensation plans Accounting review: ensure data integrity, accuracy and timeliness Continuous process improvements within Finance domains Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A or similar roles Advanced Excel: pivot table, complex formulas, power query and financial model architecture (macros & VBA asset) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field And You have: Demonstrated ability to think critically Strong analytical and poblem-solving skills Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-finance stakeholders Additional Information HR Policy: Unleash your potential with our Ayming Academy and Ayming Digital Academy! What you’ll do
The Senior Financial Analyst will support budget cycles, maintain rolling forecasts, and conduct variance analysis. They will analyze financial and operational data to identify key business drivers and provide recommendations.
Requirements
Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in Finance or FP&A and possess advanced Excel skills. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
