We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial reporting, consolidation, audit, tax, and FP&A activities across multiple legal entities. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information while supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes. This is a 12-month contract position with strong potential to transition into a permanent role based on business needs and individual performance. Your role Consolidate monthly financial results, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements across 10 legal entities. Reconcile financial data between Hyperion and internally generated Oracle and non-Oracle reports to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Support risk management initiatives and identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and controls. Prepare Hyperion variance analyses and supporting schedules, providing explanations for key financial fluctuations. Produce quarterly and annual reporting packages for management and corporate stakeholders. Support the FP&A team with the preparation and analysis of confidential labour and management overhead data. Prepare and record monthly journal entries in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist with tax reporting, compliance activities, and related financial analysis. Support internal and external audit engagements by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests. Assist with SR&ED claims through financial analysis, documentation, and reporting support. Prepare year-end financial schedules and supporting documentation to facilitate the annual close and audit process. About you Bachelor degree, preferably in business, accounting, economics or engineering and working towards an accounting designation (CGA/CA/CMA). 1 to 3 years of experience in financial reporting. Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel. Strong skills focused on accounting and financial theory. Knowledge of Oracle / Business Object / Hyperion or similar enterprise software is an asset. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work. Detail oriented and organized. Innovative, proactive, and self-directed. Excellent time management skills. Individual with a high standard of integrity who can manage the use and analysis of confidential payroll and labour-related financial information.
