What You’ll Do Drive new business growth by selling ADP’s cloud‑based HCM solutions (payroll, HR, tax, benefits) to small businesses (1–49 employees) through field and virtual sales. Prospect, engage, and close deals using a consultative B2B sales approach, working with business owners and HR, payroll, and finance decision makers. Develop new clients, expand existing accounts, and achieve defined sales and activity targets. Partner closely with banking partners, nurture referral relationships, and convert partner leads into new business. What You Bring Proven success in sales, new client acquisition, and territory management Self‑motivated and resilient, comfortable with cold calling, time management, and professional communication Entrepreneurial, results‑driven, and confident operating in a fast‑paced environment Consultative, relationship‑focused, and trusted by clients Continuous learner, adaptable and solution‑oriented Modern Selling Skills – Combine sales technology and AI driven tools and data insights to drive pipelines and revenue.
