Requirements Provide expert mortgage advice and solutions to clients, achieving strong sales results. Proactively develop new business and client relationships. Maintain flexibility to meet clients at their convenience. Essential Qualifications: Valid Quebec Mortgage Broker License (Mandatory). 3-5+ years of proven mortgage underwriting experience. Strong technological proficiency, particularly within a Mac environment and using various software platforms. Excellent bilingual communication skills (French/English).
